Hinton Rural Life Center

Many youth and adults from all over the Southeast know Hinton Rural Life Center through its missions – youth and adults repairing and winterizing homes for those without resources in the western corner of North Carolina.

In addition, to these missions, Hinton is now involved in building housing that is affordable to the poorer residents of the area.

Sr Hi Youth went to Hinton Rural Mission in North Carolina for a week of work, worship and fellowship on July 10, 2009.

Friday, July 10

Four High School Youth and four adults left Friday morning, July 10, 2009, for Hinton Rural Life Mission near Hayesville, North Carolina for the coming week. A cozy van, lots of food, good company, and - oh dear! No ipod? No phone? But there will be whitewater rafting, new friends and lots of work! God's love put into action.
