I was born at an early age at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Greenville ...

I don’t quite like that start.

The first day of summer vacation, I went down town to look for a job.  I couldn’t find one so I hung out at the drugstore ...

That’s not working either.

Let me put together some bullet points:

                            -  Married to Sherry.  (I married up!)

•  Father to four grown children.  (We enjoy the empty nest.)

•  Jesus is my best friend.  He knows me best and still loves me most.

•  Beginning 4th year at Parkview - the coolest church I know.

•  I enjoy welcoming newcomers to Parkview.

•  I love seeing people come spiritually alive.

•  I like watching people, who’ve been walking with Christ for awhile, experience a spiritual growth spurt.

•  I love to study and teach the scriptures.

•  I enjoy music - a wide variety of musical styles.  Light rock, light rock Christian contemporary, and old familiar hymns are my favorites.

•  I enjoy sports.  Golf is about the only one I play anymore on a consistent basis.  I avidly follow the Reds, Bengals, Buckeyes and Dragons.

•  I find pleasure working with my hands.  I like to tinker around with my cars.  Carpentry work is fun for me.

•  I graduated from Taylor University with a B.A. in Biblical Literature.  My seminary degree is from Methodist Theological School in Ohio.

•  I like to laugh.  (Some of this bio is written tongue in cheek, but you can’t see the twinkle in my eyes.)

•  I’ve been a pastor for a long time and have served several churches in Ohio.  I love being a pastor (most days.)

And if you’re looking for a place to call your spiritual home, I’d love to welcome you to Parkview.

             Pastor Brad
